Ah, fall is here, the season of change slowly enveloping the world and turning the air cold as nature prepares to snuggle down for the winter. Frost wraps the world in a chilly blanket each morning and the trees shed their bright summer colors for the more earthly reds, yellows, and browns of the later months before sheading their leaves altogether. It is a time for gathering around with your friends over a cup of hot coco, of plotting halloween tricks and longing for the sweet treats that come with them.

It is also the time of year Rein remembers her deviantart account and realizes that she has wasted her whole freaking summer again.

Yep, that's right; a whole summer went by, and everything I accomplished added up to zip. And here I had all these goals...but there's not a new scrap of artwork to show off, no fiction (fan or otherwise) to speak of, just the usual crappy gallery that seems to be yelling at me to update.

Well, fine then! Let summer's passed-by goals become this fall's resolutions! I have to do something before winter rolls around...but, then again, when do I ever do anything? XD

In completely un-DA related news, I'm now a senior in high school! Rawr! >.< Only, this will be my last fall at home. Ever. -sniff- Noo! I'm not reaaady to be an adult! T-T

Okay, maybe I'm being just a tiny bit dramatic, but really! I'm so worried about having to grow up...oh, and did I mention school is a pain? -sigh- Oh well. At least I have manga to enjoy. ^-^

I hope to get a few drawings done and up soon, but I cannot promise anything. Also...as usual, I ask that anyone out there with any skill at all give me a little helpful advice on how to draw. I really, really suck at it, and it makes me sad.
